Overview

Smart Pricing Table, a rapidly growing local startup in Moscow, Idaho with over 150 customers, is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong soft skills and a proactive attitude. You will primarily conduct product demonstrations and support prospects who have already expressed interest in our innovative software. We will provide extensive training, including observing and learning from approximately 50 demos to assist in learning our approach and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist in conducting approximately 50 product demos to learn our approach and messaging.
  
• Deliver 15-minute demos that showcase the key features and benefits of Smart Pricing Table to interested prospects.
• Engage with prospects, answer questions, and guide them through our pricing options and free trial process.
• Follow up with prospects post-demo to ensure their needs are met and create any necessary follow-up tasks.
• Initiate free trials by provisioning accounts and assisting with the completion of the free trial form.
• Maintain an organized schedule and ensure timely follow-ups to nurture leads.

Required Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive personality.
  
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt and apply feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or software demonstration is beneficial but not required.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Compensation

• Base pay of $3,000 per month, with the potential to earn additional performance-based bonuses, typically ranging from $500 to $3,000 per month depending on individual and company performance.
