Our on-ramping process is as follows:

• Schedule a short, 15-minute demo with us.
• After the demo, if you'd like a 30-day free trial, we'll create your account and invite you to the platform.
• A credit card is required for our trial, but if our product isn't a fit just notify us before the trial is complete and you won't be charged a dime!

All plans include email and in-app chat support. We're generally are able to get back to customers within 15 to 30 minutes, but worse-case same day.

For our Pro plan we're also able to provide a combination of complimentary and paid implementation support. Contact us for more details if you'd like help with your intial setup.

A strategy call is generally a 30-minute meeting where we can help you 1) optimize your account 2) review a proposal together or 3) answer questions and provide training.

Strategy calls are usually scheduled a week or two into your trial after you've had some time to play around.

Please note that our basic plan does not include a free strategy call.

Unless you've selected an annual plan, our service is month-to-month and can be cancelled at anytime. In order to avoid your next service charge, cancellations must be received within 24 hours (or sooner) of your renewal date. Upon cancellation, your account will be marked for deletion.
