Our on-ramping process is as follows:

• Schedule a short, 15-minute demo with us.
• After the demo, if you'd like a 30-day free trial, we'll create your account and invite you to the platform.
• A credit card is required for our trial, but if our product isn't a fit just notify us before the trial is complete and you won't be charged a dime!

All plans include email and in-app chat support. We're generally are able to get back to customers within 5 to 30 minutes, but worse-case same day.

For our Plus and Pro plans we also include an optional kickoff call to go over best practices and strategize a bit together.

Unless you've selected an annual plan, our service is month-to-month and can be cancelled at anytime. In order to avoid your next service charge, cancellations must be received within 24 hours (or sooner) of your renewal date. Upon cancellation, your account will be marked for deletion.
