Safe by design
The integration intentionally cannot delete whole proposals or templates or run destructive bulk operations. Connecting uses a standard OAuth approval scoped to a single organization with read and/or write access, tokens expire and rotate, and you can revoke access at any time. An agent can never reach another organization’s data.

What tools does the Smart Pricing Table MCP server expose?
Grouped by capability, your connected agent can read and search your proposals, templates, library, and variables; create proposals (blank, from a template, or from structured content) and add pages, groups, line items, and modifications; edit settings, design, pricing, and ordering; save and reuse library items; and look up help documentation. It can also assemble reports and exports from your data.
Can the AI agent delete my proposals?
No. The integration intentionally cannot delete whole proposals or templates, or run destructive bulk operations. It focuses on reading, creating, editing, and organizing, so you never have to worry about an agent wiping out your work.
Does the agent touch all of my data?
No. Connecting uses a standard OAuth approval where you consent to a single organization and to read and/or write access. The connection is bound to your user and that one organization, tokens expire and rotate, and you can revoke access at any time. It can never reach another organization's data.
Can I get reports or exports the app doesn't offer?
Yes. Because the agent can list and read your proposals, including status, client, and totals, you can ask it for rollups, breakdowns, and exports that aren't a built-in feature, like a CSV of every pending proposal or your win rate by client.
